Q: Are exosomes injected into the skin?

Onsil Clinic does not inject exosomes. We apply them to the skin or use a sono device to assist absorption.

Q: How do manual injection and a mechanical injector differ?

Manual injection can be adjusted for the thickness and contours of each area; a mechanical injector can apply product relatively evenly at a set depth and spacing.

Q: Can I treat only the eyes or forehead?

A consultation on a specific area may be possible depending on the product and your skin. For delicate areas, we adjust the dose, depth, and method more carefully.

Q: Can I combine a skin booster with skin Botox?

Because the two procedures have different aims and mechanisms, we check skin, facial movement, and previous treatments before deciding whether and when to combine them.

Q: Can I apply makeup right after treatment?

It depends on the application method. After injection, temporary raised bumps, redness, or bruising may remain; follow your individual guidance.

Q: How far before an important event should I consult?

If this is your first time receiving the product or you are concerned about bruising and swelling, allow enough time in your schedule for a consultation.

Dryness, rough texture, fine lines, and reduced firmness may look similar but call for different ingredients and treatment methods. Rather than recommend a product first, Onsil Clinic assesses your skin, concern areas, sensitivity, desired changes, and available recovery time. Based on a 1:1 consultation with Medical Director Dr. Ji-seon Kim and 3D skin analysis, we plan individually among LILIED, REJURAN, exosome care, and botulinum toxin.

Skin Glow is more than choosing a product

With a skin booster, the skin type, area, and application method matter as much as the product. Even similar dryness calls for different plans depending on the relative roles of moisture loss, the skin barrier and texture, fine lines, and loss of firmness.

Onsil Clinic distinguishes products that may be injected from those intended for topical application or assisted absorption. We do not inject exosomes; we apply them to the skin or use a sono device to aid absorption.

Even the same concern about “skin glow” can need a different approach

Dull, dry-looking skin may involve a combination of moisture loss, an impaired barrier, repeated irritation, fine lines, and reduced firmness. We first assess which concern needs attention in your skin instead of applying the same product to everyone.

Skin chiefly affected by low moisture and inner tightness

When the skin's ability to retain moisture declines, tightness can recur during the day. We assess your skin and the product criteria before considering a hydration-focused plan.
Skin that is both rough and sensitive

For irritated skin, we check the barrier before increasing treatment intensity. We adjust not only the product but also depth, interval, and application method.
Skin with fine lines and reduced firmness

Skin boosters, botulinum toxin, and other firmness treatments have different purposes. We consider facial movement and skin thickness when distinguishing them.
Skin with a localized concern

Skin thickness and movement differ around the eyes, forehead, cheeks, and mouth. We determine the areas and scope needed instead of treating the entire face uniformly.

We use texture, hydration, tone, pores, and fine lines as reference points; the clinician directly checks actual skin thickness, sensitivity, and inflammation. Device readings alone do not determine treatment.

We explain each product's properties, how it is applied, expected reactions, and precautions. If another approach is more suitable than the product you request, we explain why.

Plan product, area, and treatment method

We choose manual injection, a mechanical injector, topical application, or sono-assisted absorption according to the product and skin. We do not inject exosomes.

We plan Skin Glow carefully according to your skin

Combining several skin boosters is not always better. More products or a larger dose are not necessarily better for every skin type. If skin is sensitive or inflamed or an important event is near, we may space treatments out or start with a gentler approach. Products or methods may be combined when the causes of dehydration, texture, fine lines, and facial movement differ, but we plan in stages based on priorities and recovery.

Skin Glow results depend on the product and your skin. You may see changes in hydration, texture, radiance, fine lines, and firmness, but their timing and extent vary with the product, method, skin condition, and lifestyle. One session cannot resolve every concern, and results do not last permanently. Injectable treatments may cause temporary raised bumps, redness, swelling, and bruising. Topical application and sono-assisted absorption do not aim for the same changes as injections.
